1. Isn't it about time Nicholas got the boot from Project Runway? He is extremely irritating. You can guarantee that the people he sits and rips on in his interviews will be in the top 3. Of course, his monstrous ice queen dress won, which gives him immunity for this week. Darn.
2. I love Donny Osmond. Why do I love him? Because I'm from Utah, and he is our guy. And now he is on Dancing With the Stars. Does life get better than this? I submit that it does NOT! He's fantastic!
3. Just a tip. If you've recorded something on your DVR, say, a football game or Project Runway, but you haven't gotten to it yet, DO NOT get on Facebook and look at the news feed. Someone's status will always tell you what you were waiting to find out. I have made this mistake twice this week, and it was like finding my presents a week before Christmas, unwrapped in my parents' closet.
4. A quick poll: I want to paint my living room. I'm considering going bold and doing one of the walls a deep red. Yes or No?
Happy autumn everyone. I celebrated the cool morning today by walking to the library. Tomorrow I may drink apple cider.

It is killing me that they haven't started showing DWTS here yet because I am dying to see if Donny Osmond is any good. Is he? I think he's a shoo-in for the finals regardless - every middle aged woman in America will vote for him.
I vote yes on the red. Ever since you told me you were thinking of painting a wall red, I've been looking at my house considering the same thing!
I vote yes to the red but you have to be so careful about which shade you pick. I've seen some walls that look like blood. Ew.
And yes to Nicholas being kicked off. He's such a baby.
I had to get rid of a tv show and DWTS was it. I miss Maks a lot but I'm really enjoying my free Monday night.
Definitely YES on the red. I have a brick red dining room and it is my favorite color in the house. Just keep it limited so you don't overkill and I promise you won't regret it.

I love Donny Osmond too-I actually think he is really funny. Did we see him when we were recording for the olympics?
Bold is beautiful. I vote for the red. I once spent time in the ER and they had chosen to identify some of their equipment as belonging ONLY to the ER (I guess other dept. steal things) by painting the initials E.R. in bold red paint. I told the doctor working on me that it was poor choice of color, given the area and all and he bust a gut laughing...I was deadly serious...gallows humor, I guess.
I'm so pleased that you're a PR fan!!! Nicholas is such a prima donna. I'm hoping that the ice queen dress was an anomaly. And I have to watch the episodes on the internet because I don't have a television yet...boo...so I don't know anything yet...which is killing me, but delayed gratification is one of my wicked joys....

Yes on red as well, I have been planning to do that on my movie wall for years now, and then bring it into my kitchen as well. And I enjoyed hot spiced cider last night before bed, mmmm....toasty!
